• Capacity: 15–50 guests

• Great for: Baby showers, birthdays, small events, meetings, and casual get-togethers

• Flat Rate: $300 for 2 hours

• Additional Time: $100 per extra hour

• Cleaning Fee & Damage Deposit: $100 (refundable if space is clean and undamaged)

Whole Building Private Rental

Available after 8 PM
Host a fully private event with exclusive access to both floors of the building — ideal for larger celebrations or private dinners in Downtown Fairbanks.

• Duration: 4 hours

• Capacity: 50–100 guests

• Great for: Receptions, large dinners, and private parties

• Flat Rate: $1,000 for 4 hours

• Additional Time: $200 per extra hour

• Cleaning Fee & Damage Deposit: $200 (refundable if space is clean and undamaged)
